One of Richmond’s 2015 success stories, Kamdyn McIntosh, has signed a two-year contract extension with the Club.
The 21-year-old, who has played every game this season so far, will remain a Tiger until at least the end of the 2017 season.
In 11 appearances, he has made a strong impact through the midfield, averaging 16 disposals and four marks, and kicking five goals.

He burst onto the scene in Round 1 against Carlton, winning 23 disposals, taking nine marks and kicking a goal, earning himself an AFL Rising Star nomination.
But while he has become an AFL regular in 2015, it hasn’t always been smooth sailing for the former Pinjarra Tigers product.
After being drafted to the Club in the 2012 AFL Draft with selection 31, he endured two injury-ravaged seasons, restricting his capacity to press for senior selection.

“We have always believed in Kamdyn’s ability to make an impact at AFL level,” said Richmond’s General Manager of Football, Dan Richardson.
“He has been unlucky with some injuries over the last few seasons, but he has worked extremely hard to get himself ready for an opportunity at AFL level.
“It’s pleasing to see him get some continuity in his football, and make an important contribution to the team each week.
“It will be exciting watching him develop over the course of his career, and we look forward to seeing many more games from him in Tiger colours.”
