Trent Cotchin has moved into outright third place on the list of most games as Richmond captain following the Round 13 clash with Sydney at the SCG.
It was Cotchin’s 105th game as the Tigers’ skipper, taking him past Des Rowe (104).
Star ruckman Percy Bentley holds the record for the most games as Richmond captain – 168 from 1932-40 – including the Club’s premierships in 1932 and 1934.
Tiger ‘Immortal’, the great Jack Dyer, is second on the Club’s captaincy longevity list, with 160 games from 1940-49.
