Esteemed, long-time Tigerland servant and life member, Bill Meaklim, was awarded an OAM in the 2017 Australia Day honours.

Meaklim, 83, received the prestigious recognition for decades of service to his beloved Tigers.

He was Richmond’s statistician for 25 years and still remains heavily involved with the Club, as its official historian, secretary of the Former Players and Officials’ Association, and a member of the Tigers’ History and Tradition Committee.

The Club extends its warmest congratulations to Bill on his thoroughly deserved award.
