Richmond star Brett Deledio moved past triple Tiger premiership player and Team of the Century member, Merv Keane, on the Club’s all-time games list, in last Sunday’s 17-point victory over Gold Coast at the MCG.

It was the 239^th game of Deledio’s league football career at Tigerland, which means he’s now up into 16^th place overall on the list that’s headed by Yellow and Black ‘Immortal’, Kevin Bartlett, on 403.

He is just five games behind the Club’s current CEO Brendon Gale, who played 244 games for the Tigers, and six away from 1969 premiership captain Roger Dean (245).

Deledio once again played a major role in a Richmond win, with a top-class display against the Suns, picking up 22 disposals, including four inside-50s, taking five marks, having 10 score involvements, and kicking an equal team-high three goals.

The dual Jack Dyer Medallist has bounced back in fine style after missing the opening five games this season because of a nagging calf complaint.

He is averaging 23.3 disposals, 5.3 marks, 1.1 goals per match, and providing plenty of his trademark classy drive for the Tigers.
