Richmond has placed defender Reece Conca and utility Nathan Drummond on the Club’s long-term injury list.
Conca injured the Lisfranc joint in his foot in the Tigers’ Round 6 loss to Adelaide.
He was required to spend 2-3 weeks in a moon boot, before the injury was re-scanned to determine his recovery and return to weight bearing.
Subsequent scans showed no significant change and he will undergo surgery.
The 24-year-old is expected to miss a further 10 weeks.
Drummond, 22, had previously been ruled out for the season after rupturing the ACL in his left knee while playing for the Tigers’ VFL team last month.
It marked another major setback for Drummond, who ruptured the ACL in his other knee on senior debut with Richmond during the 2015 Anzac Day eve match against Melbourne.
