Corey Ellis has been added to Richmond's side to face GWS at the MCG on Sunday, after Anthony Miles was withdrawn from the side on Saturday morning.

Miles will miss the match with a minor medial ligament strain to his right knee.

It will be Ellis' third senior game of the season after he featured in losses to the Western Bulldogs (Round 7) and Fremantle (Round 8).

Ellis has collected 24 touches for the Richmond VFL side in their last two outings against Werribee and Casey.

The Tigers go into the big Round 18 clash on the back of a 31-point victory over Brisbane at Etihad Stadium last Sunday.

Connor Menadue is now one of the three emergencies, alongside Shai Bolton and Oleg Markov.
