The only outs at this stage are Anthony Miles and Connor Menadue, who have both been omitted.
Martin missed the Round 12 match against Port Adelaide at Adelaide Oval because of a minor calf injury, Graham didn’t play at either AFL or VFL level last weekend, while Rioli returns for what would be his first senior game since suffering a broken foot during the last quarter of the 2017 Grand Final triumph over Adelaide.
The rising star small forward has played two full games in the VFL (four all-up on the recovery trail) and was among the Tigers’ best in last Sunday’s loss to Williamstown at Burbank Oval.

Ellis, who was a member of Richmond’s senior line-up for the opening two rounds this season, has been extremely impressive throughout the past few weeks playing as an inside midfielder in the Tigers’ VFL team.
Soldo has made solid progress this year as the No. 1 ruckman with the ‘twos’ after making seven senior appearances in 2017.
Garthwaite, 19, Richmond’s third pick (No. 72 overall) in the 2016 national draft, has been one of the most consistent performers for the VFL Tigers this year in a key defensive role, displaying composure and maturity far beyond his years.
The Round 13 Richmond line-up will be finalised tomorrow (Friday) afternoon at 5pm.
