Richmond’s reputation as the hottest ticket in town continues to soar.

The AFL broke its all-time season attendance record this year, with the Tigers playing a huge role in that happening.

Seven of the top 10 home-and-away crowds in 2018 involved Richmond games.

The Tigers had a Club record combined home-and-away attendance figure this season of 1,194,893, which included a record home ground total of 672,921.

The overall top 10 AFL crowds during the 2018 home-and-away season were:

• 90,151 – Richmond v Carlton, Round 1, MCG.
• 88,180 – Richmond v Collingwood, Round 19, MCG.
• 83,518 – Melbourne v Collingwood, Round 12, MCG.
• 81,046 – Essendon v Richmond, Round 11, MCG.
• 77,071 – Melbourne v Richmond, Round 5, MCG.
• 76,424 – Richmond v Essendon, Round 22, MCG.
• 73,189 – Geelong v Hawthorn, Round 2, MCG.
• 72,157 – Collingwood v Richmond, Round 6, MCG.
• 70,701 – Richmond v Hawthorn, Round 3, MCG.
