Richmond broke its all-time MCG winning streak record with the 43-point victory over Collingwood in yesterday’s Round 6 clash at the MCG.

The Tigers have now won 12 games in-a-row at the ‘G’ – a sequence that extends back to Round 14 last year and includes the Grand Final triumph.

The previous Richmond record for consecutive wins at the MCG was 11, from Round 11, 1974 to Round 10, 1975, during the Club’s golden era under Tommy Hafey’s coaching guidance.
