Star Richmond key forward Jack Riewoldt has become the 31st player in league football history to reach the 600-goal milestone.
Riewoldt chalked up his 600th goal during the Tigers’ three-point victory over the Western Bulldogs in last Saturday’s final home-and-away round clash of season 2018 at the MCG.
It was Riewoldt’s third goal of the day, en route to five for the match and his third Coleman Medal, as the competition’s leading goalkicker in a season.
He became the fifth Richmond player to accomplish the 600-goal feat, joining Michael Roach (607), Kevin Bartlett (778), Matthew Richardson (800) and Jack Titus (970).
Riewoldt scored goal No. 600 in his 247th game of senior league football, compared to Bartlett in his 334th game, Richardson in his 201st, Roach in his 195th, and Titus in his 194th.
