Draftees Riley Collier-Dawkins and Jack Ross will have the opportunity to pull on the yellow and black for the first time, while recruit Mav Weller will also have his first run out as a Tiger.
Richmond's four emergencies for Sunday's clash with the Demons are Connor Menadue, Fraser Turner, Callum Coleman-Jones and Callum Moore.
The AFL will enact its heat policy for the match, which will see extended quarter, half-time and three-quarter time breaks.
The game kicks off at 4.40pm at Deakin Reserve, Shepparton, with free entry for all Richmond members with match day access.
