Richmond superstar midfielder Dustin Martin continued his tremendous recent form against Essendon in last night’s Dreamtime at the ‘G blockbuster.
Martin, who went into the match having racked up 14 of a possible 15 Brownlow Medal votes in his previous five encounters with the Dons, yet again put them to the sword.

He had 35 disposals, including a team-high eight clearances, eight inside-50s, along with 707 metres gained in the Tigers’ 23-point victory.
Although his teammate Bachar Houli is likely to pick up the three Brownlow votes after winning the Yiokeen Award for a superb display across the backline, there’s every chance Martin will receive two votes from the field umpires.
