Now that the bye round is behind us and the second half of the season awaits, here are five things Tiger fans can get excited for...

WHAT'S YOUR FINAL 5? Attend any five of our last seven games at the 'G

1. Many Cultures Game - Round 17 vs GWS
Richmond will hold the Many Cultures Festival on Sunday, July 14, with all three Richmond sides playing within the precinct on the same day. To celebrate the Many Cultures Festival, Tiger fans can enjoy themed food trucks at the Swinburne Centre, cultural dance and music performances and the “Parade of Cultures”, a united march to the MCG from Punt Road Oval. The GWS clash will mark the first of seven consecutive games at the MCG to end Richmond's home and away season.

2. VFLW hosting Collingwood at Punt Road
In a standalone Sunday game at the Swinburne Centre, the VFLW Tigers will meet the current ladder toppers on July 28 for Round 12 of the VFLW. The match-up will be one of Richmond’s biggest challenges of the season, as the undefeated Tigers, who currently sit in third place, look to continue their breakthrough season in front of a home crowd.

3. VFL Tigers playing MCG curtain-raiser
Tiger fans can get their footy fix on Sunday, August 11, when the VFL Tigers take to the MCG for a curtain-raiser match against the Northern Blues. Richmond’s VFL side currently sit comfortably atop of the ladder and will relish the chance to play at the ‘G. With just 45 minutes between games, the VFL game will kick off at 11.50am, ahead of Richmond’s Round 21 clash against Carlton at 3.20pm, which is being dedicated to the Alannah & Madeline Foundation.

4. Richmond hosting the reigning premier
The Tigers will be tested by the reigning premier in their first meeting since Round 9 last year, where West Coast came away with a 47-point win at Optus Stadium. Richmond will be looking to reverse that result in this year’s Round 22 clash when the in-form Eagles travel to the MCG.

5. Member Thank You Round - Round 23 vs Brisbane
The Round 23 'Member Thank You' game will be an excellent opportunity for Richmond’s 100,000 members to see the Tigers in action at the MCG in their final home and away game of the year. With the ladder currently tightly-packed, there will be much at stake. The Tigers have got the better of the Lions in their last 12 outings, but the up-and-coming Lions have shown much promise this year, and both teams will be vying to round out their home and away season in style.
