Key Tigers took some time on Tuesday evening to hold a Club Development session in the Cardinia Shire for local coaches, players, administrators, and volunteers of football clubs and other sporting organisations in the area.

Richmond CEO, Brendon Gale, senior coach, Damien Hardwick, VFL and development coach, Tim Clarke and senior player, Chris Newman all shared their insights, knowledge and expertise to over 200 community members in attendance.

The group presented on topics including the importance of having a plan and sticking to it, implementing values and building a good culture, and the importance of having good people involved in sharing the journey.

The session was part of Richmond’s community development partnership with Parklea and the Cardinia Shire Council.
