Exciting small forward Tyson Stengle will make his senior league debut with Richmond in Saturday night’s match against Port Adelaide at Adelaide Oval.
Stengle, 18, 171cm and 70kg, was the Tigers’ first pick (No. 6 overall) in the AFL’s rookie draft late last year following an impressive season at under-18 and reserve-grade levels for SANFL club Woodville-West Torrens, as well as with SA in the under-18 national championships.

He was elevated from Richmond’s rookie list to the senior list two weeks ago and has kicked 16 goals in 10 games for the Tigers’ VFL side this season.
Richmond has made one other change for the Round 15 fixture with speedy utility Oleg Markov returning for his first senior appearance since the Round 8 loss to Fremantle.
Out of the Tigers’ team that defeated Carlton at the MCG last Sunday go experienced rebounding defender Bachar Houli through suspension and talented, teenage small forward Shai Bolton, who is being managed.
