Richmond superstar Monique Conti recorded an equal fourth-place finish in the league best and fairest last night with 17 votes.

The 24-year-old enjoyed yet another standout season for the Tigers, averaging 25 disposals, six tackles and five clearances out of the midfield.

The gun midfielder polled votes in seven out of her 11 games this season and received a maximum three votes on three occasions.

Conti collected a career-high 35 disposals to go along with 19 contested possessions and nine tackles against North Melbourne in Week 5 to receive two votes.

She also became the first AFLW Tiger to reach 50 games for the club in the Week 4 win against Carlton where she collected 33 disposals, two tackles and two marks to poll three votes.

Her three-vote performances came in Week 6 against Collingwood (30 disposals, seven tackles and seven clearances), and in Week 7’s Pride Round match with Geelong (27 disposals, five tackles and one goal).

Conti is also in the running for her second AFL Players’ Association AFLW Most Valuable Player Award after becoming the first ever Richmond AFLW player to win the award back in 2022.
