Richmond has selected GWV Rebels tall forward, Jonty Faull with its fourth selection, No. 14 overall at tonight’s Telstra AFL Draft.
Faull, a tall forward who is agile and strong overhead helped propel the Rebels into the Coates Talent League Grand Final with bags of four and five goals in the Qualifying and Preliminary Finals this year.
He finished the campaign with 27 goals from 11 games and an average of 13 disposals and 4.5 marks per game.
Faull also booted 20 majors and averaged 13 touches across 12 matches last year as a bottom-aged key position player.

The 195cm product from Ballarat Football League club, Redan, also impressed with his aerial ability when playing representative football for Vic Country.
Faull booted five goals from the three National Championships matches and four score involvements per game.
Richmond Recruiting Officer, Sam Cousens said that Faull was a competitive key forward who attacked contests with vigour, adding that he followed up with strong intent at ground level.
“Jonty is a blue-collar footballer who thrives in physical contests,” he said.
“He had an injury interrupted start to the season but did not miss a beat when he resumed playing, and he was able to hit the scoreboard in all his games for Vic Country, including three against the Allies.
“We are excited to add Jonty to our list and we welcome him and his family to Tigerland.”
Faull will join his GWV Rebels teammate Sam Lalor at the Club next year, who the Tigers selected with pick No. 1 earlier in the night.
