Richmond will play Fremantle at Barossa Park in Round 5 of the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.
The AFL announced the fixture for the 2025 version of Gather Round this morning, with the Tigers to face the Dockers on Sunday, April 13 from 12.05pm local time.
The match will see the Festival of Footy head to the Barossa for the first time.
AFL CEO Andrew Dillon said he was looking forward to heading back to South Australia for Gather Round in 2025.
“South Australia really turns it on, and we are excited to bring fans a bigger and better experience in 2025 with some great match ups and a new venue at Barossa Park," Dillon said.
“The Barossa celebrates some of the best of South Australia and we are excited about all the opportunities that will be on offer for our fans to take in while visiting the region, outside of the two incredible games that will be played at the new Barossa Park in Lyndoch."
