Two Richmond AFLW players will celebrate their 50-game milestones on Tuesday night against Port Adelaide at Ikon Park, becoming the fifth and sixth Tigers to reach the mark.

Vice-captain Gabby Seymour will become the second AFLW Tiger to play 50 games for the Club, after Monique Conti passed the milestone last Thursday night.

The 27-year-old has missed just two games at AFLW level since being added to the list as a cross-code rookie from volleyball and Richmond VFLW prior the Club’s inaugural season.

Seymour, who has been core member of Richmond's AFLW side since its inception, has played primarily in defence in recent seasons after beginning her career in a ruck.

Star midfielder Grace Egan, another graduate of Richmond’s VFLW program, will also notch up the significant milestone in Week 5.

The 24-year old was drafted by Carlton (AFLW) as a first-round selection in the 2019 AFLW Draft and spent three seasons at the Blues over 23 games before returning to Punt Road in 2022.

Egan has finished in the top five of Richmond’s best and fairest for each of her seasons back at the Club and has again started the 2024 campaign in fine form.

In other milestone news, Eilish Sheerin will play her 25th league game on Tuesday night.

Sheerin, 31, has been one of the AFLW’s most remarkable stories, after she was drafted as a 29-year-old from the AFL Sydney competition.

A revelation, Sheerin has been All Australian in both of her AFLW seasons and finished runner-up to only Monique Conti in the Tigers’ best and fairest counts for those seasons.

After missing the first two games of 2024 through injury, Sheerin has impressed in a new midfield role across the past fortnight.

Richmond takes on Port Adelaide for the first time in the two sides' AFLW history from 7.15pm, as the Tigers look to make it four wins straight.
