Key forward Jacob Koschitzke has put together a solid body of work since returning to Richmond’s senior side in Round 13 following a stint of several weeks at VFL level.

Koschitzke, who was recruited by the Tigers from Hawthorn in last year’s AFL trade period, has kicked 10 goals in his past eight games and is averaging 4.3 score involvements and 4.0 marks per match.

He also has provided some ruck relief for Richmond captain Toby Nankervis.

The 198cm, 24-year-old produced the best performance of his debut season at Tigerland in last Saturday’s match against North Melbourne at Marvel Stadium, finishing with 12 disposals, five contested possessions, six marks, two goals and five score involvements.

His marking has improved significantly since early in the season and he’s providing the Tigers with a viable target up forward.
