The Tigers are back playing at the Swinburne Centre, Punt Road Oval for the upcoming 2024 AFLW season, and they want YOU to be there.

Heading into the season, there’s so much to look forward to!

The recent announcement of the AFLW fixture confirmed four of our home games will be back at the heart of Tigerland – the Swinburne Centre, Punt Road Oval.

Once again, the Tiger Army will be proudly roaring on home soil, adding to the game day atmosphere.

The inclusion of new recruits such as Montana McKinnon, Jodie Hicks, and Ally Dallaway bolsters our already fit, competitive, and hungry-for-success team.

Leading the way for the new recruits, and to help set the tone for what it means to be One Richmond is Katie Brennan, who was recently announced as Richmond’s AFLW captain for the sixth consecutive season.

"Katie embodies everything this group believes in. She lives and breathes our values,” senior coach Ryan Ferguson said of Brennan when announcing her as captain.

"This group trusts her and will always follow her.

"She creates genuine and meaningful relationships with all our players. She is consistent, elite, caring, and challenges herself and us."

Following a much-enjoyed pre-season camp in Seaford, the excitement now turns toward game days.

It will be on our turf, when we face GWS Giants in Week 2, Collingwood in Week 6, Geelong in Week 7, and the Hawks in Week 10.

Richmond will also host two home games at IKON Park. We face Carlton in Week 4 and Port Adelaide just five days later in Week 5 of the Season.

Whether the side is playing at the Swinburne Centre or IKON Park, game days are going to be bigger and better than ever.

Members and fans will have the opportunity to watch all the action of live footy while enjoying entertainment, food trucks, giveaways and more.

Star Tiger Ellie McKenzie, who's set to return this year after injury impacted her 2023 campaign, said there was "nothing better" than running out in front of the Tiger Army at home.

"Hopefully we'll get a lot of fans down to our games," McKenzie said.

"I've missed that feeling; running out, having the fans around, that'll be pretty exciting.

"I'm really excited about the game plan that we've got in place. There'll be a lot of hunt, which is our DNA, hunting and tackling.

"The group's up and about. For me, this is feels like the most connected group I've had at the club so far."

It’s the hunger, passion, and determination both on and off the field, accompanied by the support of the Tiger Army, that builds and strengthens One Richmond.
