No. 4 - Trent Cotchin
Round 20, first quarter v Western Bulldogs at the MCG

In one of the best individual performances of the season, Jack Dyer Medallist Trent Cotchin produced one of the goals of the year.

The 22-year-old had the whole 50m ark to work in, despite being minded by the Bulldogs’ best tagger, Liam Picken.

The ball bounced his way, and in a flash he manoeuvred himself into position, threw it on the left boot and watched it sail through while under enormous pressure.

Earlier, some quick hands in defence involving Shane Edwards, Alex Rance and Dustin Martin set up Brett Deledio, who delivered the ball inside 50 and into Cotchin’s path.
