What can I bring?
- Low deck/camping chair & rug
- Sealed plastic bottled still water up to 1.5L in size.
- Food, although there will be plenty of food trucks available with a range of food.
- If the forecast is for rain please bring suitable shoes a poncho or raincoat.
What are prohibited items?
- No glass, and no BYO alcohol. Alcohol is available for purchase at the Event from 1pm until 5pm only.
- Smoking is not permitted at the Swinburne Centre, but pass outs will be available for those wishing to leave to do so outside the Centre.
- Pets (other than guide dogs)
- No tables, tents or sun shelters. No umbrellas (even if it’s raining), beanbags, blow-up air chairs or lounges.
- No hard coolers, eskys or cooler bags.
- There will be a security check at the gate and prohibited items will be confiscated.
What if it rains?
- If it does rain the day will go ahead unless conditions are deemed to be dangerous. If an event does not go ahead due to this reason, patrons will receive a full refund from point of purchase. If the forecast is for even the possibility of rain bring good quality raincoats and suitable footwear.
- Should the weather be considered too dangerous to proceed, notice of cancellation will be posted to social media and club website as soon as reasonably possible.
Other key info:
- Patrons found to have brought alcohol into the Venue will be evicted from the Venue. Patrons who wish to consume alcohol must have photo ID. It is an offence to supply minors with alcohol and anyone found supplying minors with alcohol will be evicted from the Venue.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests. Intoxication, aggressive or anti-social behaviour is unacceptable and will result in ejection from the Venue. Those ejected from the Venue will not be re-admitted to the Event and tickets will not be refunded.
- All patrons must adhere to local licensing laws. Intoxicated or disorderly patrons will be evicted from the venue. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
- Please note: there is minimal shade or protection from sun or rain available.
- You may be refused entry if your ticket was purchased from an unauthorized ticket seller or ticket scalper. Defaced tickets will not be accepted. Even if you have proof of purchase, lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility.
- It is a condition of entry to all Events that a search of person or possessions may be required at the time of entry to the Venue. Prohibited items will be confiscated by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for confiscated items.
- At the time of booking your tickets, you consent to these Conditions of Entry and Eventbrite’s terms and conditions of purchase.
- No Richmond players will be present at the live site on Saturday afternoon.
