Richmond's VFL side will play four practice matches at the Swinburne Centre, Punt Road Oval in the lead-up to Round 1 of the 2024 Smithy’s VFL season.
The Tigers will tune up for the season with home games against Collingwood, North Melbourne, Box Hill and Carlton, beginning against the Magpies on Tuesday, February 27.
The match against Collingwood will be on the same day that the two clubs play in the inaugural Charity Shield AFL practice match at Ikon Park, while the games against Box Hill (Opening Round) and Carlton (Round 1) fall on AFL home-and-away season game days.
All four practice games will be live streamed from the Swinburne Centre on richmondfc.com.au and the Official Richmond Club App, and will be open to the public with free entry.
The Tigers begin their 2024 Smithy’s VFL regular season campaign against the Gold Coast Suns at Heritage Bank Stadium on Saturday, March 23 from 11.05am.
