Richmond AFLW development coach and former player Adam Marcon will depart the Club to take up his first full-time coaching role.
Marcon, who returned to the Club this season, has been appointed as a development coach within North Melbourne’s AFL program.
Richmond Head of Women’s Football, Kate Sheahan, said Marcon made a significant impact in a short time working in the AFLW setup.
“Adam was very popular with our girls, and it is no surprise he has received a role that will progress his coaching credentials,” she said.
“Although there is always a little bit of disappointment to lose good people, we are pleased that our program is attracting the best talent and that they are thriving. We are all very excited for Adam and wish him all the best.”
