Monique Conti's dominance was on full display on Friday night against the Hawks, receiving a maximum 10 votes from the coaches.

The superstar midfielder was prolific in the 11-point win at Cairns' Cazaly's Stadium, racking up a career-high 35 disposals to go with nine tackles, seven marks and seven clearances.

The performance moved the 23-year-old into fourth place on the overall leaderboard, nine votes behind North Melbourne's Jasmine Garner.

Mon Conti has been awarded this week's KFC Player of the Match.

Also catching the eyes of the coaches was fellow midfielder Grace Egan. The tough Tiger collected 28 disposals, seven tackles and six clearances, earning herself eight votes.

Richmond AFLW coach Ryan Ferguson said Egan was a major factor in the team's fightback win.

"Her assertiveness, her aggressive attack on the ball and and then driving her legs out of contest changed the game for us," Ferguson said.

"She was strong across the night, but her impact in the big moments, particularly late, started to break the game open for us.

"She prepared so well for this game, she meant business, which was a credit to her."

Rounding out Richmond's vote-getters was skipper Katie Brennan, who celebrated her 50th AFLW game in style with two first-quarter goals to get the Tigers rolling.

"She stamped her authority early," Ferguson said.

"Katie's moments late in the game and how she started early... to be able to do that in her 50th game and how her teammates responded.

"It shows how special Katie is to us that we were able to find a leg in the last."
