The Tigers will welcome utility Meagan Kiely into the side for her first appearance of 2023.
Kiely, 28, has overcome a back injury which saw her unavailable for the first half of the season.
Also included in the Round 6 line-up is train-on player Shannon Danckert.
Under AFLW Rules, Danckert, 26 is able to be added to the team list as the Club’s current injury list means there are not enough players available for selection.
Danckert played seven AFLW games for Gold Coast across two years before she was delisted in March.
She spent the winter playing for Casey at VFLW level, where she averaged 18 disposals across the campaign, including a dominant end to the season where she recorded a combined 73 disposals and 27 tackles in her final three matches.
Danckert finished runner up in Casey's 2023 VFLW Best & Fairest, and was also named in the VFLW Team of the Year this season.

Richmond Head of Women’s Football, Kate Sheahan, congratulated Danckert on her Richmond debut.
“Football throws up all kinds of situations and to Shannon’s credit, she has persevered and not given up on her AFLW dream,” she said.
“Shannon has impressed us at training and, before that, in the VFLW this season with her tenacious attack on the ball and running capacity."
Out of the side are Gabby Seymour, who is being managed, as well as Sarah Hosking, who suffered a hamstring injury last weekend but is hoping for a Round 7 return.
Amelia Peck and Shelby Knoll are both unavailable for selection after suffering respective thigh and knee injuries at training this week.
Seymour is an emergency for the clash, alongside Lilly Pearce and train-on player Lauren Caruso.
Sunday's game kicks off at 3.05pm and will be broadcast live on Fox Footy, Kayo Sports and the AFLW Official App.
