Star Richmond midfielder Monique Conti has topped the coaches' votes for Round 3 after another sensational display.
Conti is showing no signs of slowing down, continuing her dominant start to the season as she collected nine votes in Saturday's 19-point win over Greater Western Sydney, with Giant Alyce Parker also gaining nine votes.
The 23-year-old now sits in second place in the overall leaderboard after a prolific outing, collecting 22 disposals, seven clearances, four marks and a crucial goal, stepping up when the game was there to be won.
Across the opening three rounds of the season, Conti has averaged 25.7 disposals, 14.7 contested possessions and 8.3 clearances.
Also making their way into the votes was dashing rebounding defender Eilish Sheerin (five votes), a key contributor with 17 disposals and 436 metres gained, and skipper Katie Brennan (two votes), who was classy as always with 18 disposals and a goal.
Rebecca Miller (11 disposals, three marks) was a brick wall in defence and was also awarded two votes, while Gabby Seymour (12 touches, 26 hit-outs) led the way at stoppages and received one vote.
