Maurice Rioli jnr has been named to return from his hamstring injury via Richmond VFL's match against Werribee this Sunday.

Rioli injured his hamstring late in the Round 6 AFL game against Melbourne, and is set to feature in his second VFL outing of the season having played against Footscray in Round 3.

Also returning to the side is Thomson Dow, who was the non-playing emergency for the senior side last Sunday, while all four emergencies for this Saturday night's game against Fremantle - Hugo Ralphsmith, Sam Banks, Ben Miller and Bigoa Nyuon - have been included.

Harry Broderick, a competitive half-forward/midfielder, will debut for the VFL Tigers after being named as the 23rd player.

Broderick (178cm, 76kg) is the son of 169-game Richmond senior player and 1996 Jack Dyer Medallist, Paul.

Out of the side who defeated GWS by two points last Sunday are Cam Olden, who was concussed during the game, Luke Teal, Harrison White and Ben Bilston-McGillen.

Richmond VFL will be looking to make it three wins in a row, when they host Werribee from 1.05pm at the Swinburne Centre on Sunday.

Werribee have not been defeated since Round 4 and currently sit fourth on the VFL ladder, while Richmond are ninth.
