Richmond again used the special week that is Dreamtime Week at the Club by noting outstanding staff members from across the organisation at a joint lunch between players, staff, and Melbourne Indigenous Transition School students.

The annual Bunjil Awards, set up in 2014, award recipients that best embody the Club's value of "Belonging, thriving and winning."

Bunjil Awards are awarded in the categories AFL player, AFLW player, Richmond staff member, and Aligned Leisure staff member. It is voted on by all connected with the Club.

Ivan Maric (two) and Kane Lambert (three) are multiple winners of the AFL award, which Kamdyn McIntosh, Jack Riewoldt, and co-captain Dylan Grimes have also won.

In 2023 new faces across the board were voted in by their peers as winners of the Award.

Second-year youngster Judson Clarke was a standout winner of the AFL player award, noted for his positivity and infectious passion, and ability to engage with people across the Club genuinely and thoughtfully.

Gabby Seymour received the award among AFLW players, with the inaugural AFLW Tiger's ability to bring people together mentioned as a strong reason for her votes.

Seymour has helped demonstrate the importance of hard work to her teammates while making an impression across all sections of the Club, notably Richmond Institute.

The Richmond Football Club staff award went to Performance Science and Nutrition Manager Dom Condo.

Condo's perfect combination of professionalism and personality made her the most popular vote among Richmond staff, with her ability to positively impact people and build relationships celebrated.

The Aligned Leisure winner of the Award was Mackenzie Stanley, who, through his work as Head of Facilities in the Nillumbik community, has greatly impacted customers and staff.

Stanley stood out among over 800 Aligned Leisure employees across 30 centers and two states.

AFLW players Grace Egan and Katie Brennan received honourable mentions, as did AFL pair Marlion Pickett and Jayden Short.

Former winners Bec Miller (2022) and Kamdyn McIntosh (2022) were also lauded for another year of helping Richmond become a connected and friendly workplace.
