Young midfielder Jack Ross and last weekend's activated substitute Maurice Rioli also feature in the squad.
Speaking to the media on Wednesday, star Tiger Dion Prestia said the annual clash was "a great honour" to be a part of.
"It's an amazing feeling when you come out of the race, when the lights are off and the cauldron is getting lit," he said.
"The atmosphere is awesome, but (it's) the meaning behind it and the Anzac Day Game on Tuesday as well."
Richmond will confirm its Round 6 team on Saturday night at 5.00pm AEST.
The Club will then name its substitute 60 minutes prior to the first bounce on Monday.
Monday's game will be broadcast live on Channel 7, FOX FOOTY and Kayo Sports.
