Reigning Brownlow medalist Dustin Martin has been offered a $1000 fine by the AFL's Match Review Panel for making contact with an umpire during yesterday's win over Collingwood at the MCG.
Martin has been charged with making careless contact with Curtis Deboy in the first quarter of Sunday's match, and offered the fine with an early plea.
The 26-year-old will be available to face Fremantle at the MCG this Sunday afternoon.
In other MRP news, captain Trent Cotchin has been cleared of any wrong-doing in a tackle on Collingwood's Jarryd Blair.
The Panel deemed the contact as careless, but the impact was below the forced required to constitute a reportable offence.
