Richmond AFLW player Jess Hosking will on Saturday become the third Tiger to reach the 50-game milestone.
The tenacious utility follows in the footsteps of her twin sister Sarah, who played her 50th game in Round 2 this season, and Monique Conti, who achieved the mark last weekend.
Hosking started her AFLW career at Carlton with their tenth selection, 78 overall, in the 2016 AFL Women's draft.
She missed the entire inaugural 2017 season due to an ACL injury before going on to play 30 games for the Blues, she arrived at Tigerland on the final day of the 2021 AFLW Sign and Trade Period from Carlton, to be reunited with sister Sarah.
Known for her tough nature and ability to play multiple roles, Hosking has been a consistent performer for the Tigers across her 19 outings, adding invaluable on and off field experience to the side.
Hosking, now 26, said it has been a rollercoaster journey, but she wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
"It feels a little surreal, it's been a long time coming and a very long journey," she said.
"I wouldn't change it. I learnt a lot in my first season being injured, and it made me appreciate everything that everyone else does amongst a football club.
"It's very special to be able to play 50 games and be a part of AFLW since the start...Knowing that we've been around for the whole seven seasons is pretty exciting."
Hosking said she "couldn't be happier" to be on the Tigers' AFLW journey.
"We've got an incredible group and while we have some standout players, I think we've got a group full of players that lift each other," she said.
"Everyone wants to play for each other, we're playing a lot of selfless footy and I think that shows in the game."

And to be playing at a home final at Punt Road Oval in her milestone match makes the occasion even more special.
"There's nothing better than playing a home game, but when you get to play a final in front of your home crowd on your home turf, everything is known to us," Hosking said.
"I'm pretty excited to run out there with everyone."
Teammate Tessa Lavey will notch up her 25th AFLW game on Saturday.
