Richmond AFLW will receive a big boost for Friday night's Pride Round clash with Carlton at Ikon Park, with skipper Katie Brennan and vice-captain Sarah Hosking returning to the line-up.
The Tigers will welcome star forward Brennan back for her third game of the season, after the All-Australian was managed last week as she continues to work through a foot injury.
Twenty-six-year-old Hosking, who missed the past three rounds due to a hamstring injury, will inject some experience into Richmond's midfield.
The Tigers will be wearing their AFLW Pride Guernsey for the round, designed by Hosking and Brennan in conjunction with artist Matthew Chan.
The two inclusions replace Sophie Molan, who will miss the clash due to concussion, and Maddy Brancatisano, who has been omitted.
Richmond's three emergencies for the match are Brancatisano, Amelia Peck and cross-code rookie Saraid Taylor.
Key defender Libby Graham said this weekend's Pride Round "means a lot".
"To have visibility and representation, I think that's one of the most important things about Pride Round," Graham said.
"To have players who are part of the LGBTQI community as well as allies, it's representing everyone and shows that it's a space where people can come to the games and feel safe and comfortable.
"It's about diversity and that's what the AFLW is about."
Graham said the Tigers were heading into the clash with excitement, coming off the back of five wins in a row and a successful trip to Perth last weekend.
"There's a confidence about the team because we're happy with the way we're playing," Graham said.
"(But) we're always wanting more as well. Even when we're getting these wins, we just want to keep developing and we want to keep improving.
"We're really proud of how we've gone this season and we're proud of every game, so (we're) just continuing to do the same thing as every game is as important as the last one."
The clash, which kicks off at 6.30pm AEST, will be broadcast live on 7mate, Fox Footy, Kayo Sports and on the AFL Women's app.
