The service is free and accessible to patrons with mobility challenges and in 2022, the G-Train will also feature vehicles with wheelchair-friendly access.
Pre-booking is not required; simply wait at a designated pick up point for the next available buggy. The service has pick up points from the following locations:

Security
In 2022, the process for entry into the MCG will take longer than usual. To ensure you are inside the MCG in time for the match start, arrive early and leave plenty of time for the entry process.
Download your seat ticket prior to your arrival at the MCG. To gain entry into the match, please show staff your proof of check-in and vaccination status before scanning your digital ticket at the turnstiles.

COVID-19 VACCINATION CONDITION OF ENTRY
In line with the Victorian Government health directives for major events at the MCG, entry will only be granted to fully vaccinated patrons. Patrons must also check-in to the MCG upon entry via QR code using the Service Victoria App. Patrons 18 years and over must provide proof of vaccination status and proof of check-in.

MCG Multi-Faith Prayer Room
The new MCG Multi-Faith Prayer Room is open to all patrons.
Located on Level B1 of the Great Southern Stand (at approximately M13), the room is able to cater for more than 50 patrons at one time, and is suitable for patrons of all faiths including Christian, Muslim, Jewish and Hindu. The room is accessible for all patrons from across the stadium, regardless of where they are seated.
