Richmond fans looking to keep busy over the Tigers’ bye weekend can take the opportunity to make mum feel special by participating in a Mother’s Day Classic fun-run event.

Supported by Richmond’s valued partner, ME Bank and raising funds for breast cancer research, the fun-run events are happening nationally on Sunday, May 11 (Mother’s Day).

Richmond CEO Brendon Gale will speak on stage at 8.35am at the Melbourne Mother's Day Classic event.

Participants on the day can meet the Club’s new mascot ‘Sash’ for the first time, along with Tiger Stripes.  There also will be a cartoonist and handball target competition for the kids to enjoy.
