Richmond has added strongly-built, versatile youngster Cadeyn Williams to its rookie list for the 2013 season.
Williams, an 18-year-old from the Murray Bushrangers, was in brilliant form in the early stages of the 2012 TAC Cup season, before a shoulder injury brought a premature end to his football year.

He played the first four games of the season, producing a sparkling seven-goal performance against Geelong in Round 4, which earned him selection in the Vic Country squad for the under-18 National Championships.
“Cadeyn has strong endurance and excellent lateral movement in traffic. His awareness and vision with his hands in traffic is a real strength and he is dangerous as a marking option up forward with his ability to take a strong, contested mark,” said Richmond’s Recruiting Manager Francis Jackson.
“He was rated highly by the staff at Murray for his work ethic, coachability and leadership.
“Cadeyn impressed us in his interview, with his drive to succeed, and we feel he will be an excellent acquisition for the Club, both on and off the field.”
The Tigers lost some huge names over the off-season. But after having seven picks inside the top 30 in the Telstra AFL Draft, Richmond will certainly have some young cubs worth considering in 2025.
