TICKETING

All 2021 reserved seat and reserved bay members who successfully entered the ballot have been allocated a ticket in their usual seating area with tickets available to be viewed on the Richmond app.

General Admission members will have the opportunity to redeem a $0 ticket or pay an upgrade fee for a premium seat via Ticketek from 1.00pm Tuesday, March 30.

General Public tickets will be available from 1.00pm Wednesday, March 31 via Ticketek.

All ticketing information has been sent directly to members via email. To update or change an email address or view your membership barcode please log in to your MyRichmond account.

The 'G Train

A buggy transfer service will be in operation for the duration of the 2021 AFL season for those with mobility challenges, from the following locations:

- Richmond Station
- Jolimont Station
- William Barak Bridge

Security

Security measures such as bag checks and patron scanning will again be in place as fans make their way into the stadium.

This process will take time, so please be patient - and limit the number of bags you bring. Each bag will be inspected, so the more bags you bring the longer it will take.

Due to COVID-19, Club Hub outside Gate 3 will unfortunately not be open on game days for the foreseeable future. As a result, there will be limited staff at the 'G on match day.

The Tigerland Superstore will be open from 10.00am on game day until the opening bounce at 12.45pm. The store will then re-open for an hour following the final siren.
