Comment: Lived up to the hype of being the No. 1 pick in the 2004 AFL national draft, winning the competition’s Rising Star Award in his 2005 debut season with Richmond. Was a top player for the Tigers throughout the next decade. Had a superb skill set as a player – blistering pace, A-grade aerial ability, beautiful balance and elite ball use. Also was extremely durable and could be successfully used in a variety of on-field roles.
