Richmond has finalised its AFL coaching structure for 2019, with new assistant coach Adam Kingsley to be responsible for midfield/stoppage.
Experienced coach Kingsley, was recently recruited to the Tigers from the St Kilda Football Club where he spent four of his eight seasons overseeing the Saints’ midfield.
Justin Leppitsch will take responsibility of the backline, where he made a name for himself as a triple-premiership defender with the Brisbane Lions.
Assistant coach Andrew McQualter will coach the forwards from 2019, and Blake Caracella will continue his role as offensive coach.
Craig McRae (VFL and forwards development coach), Ryan Ferguson (VFL backline and development coach), and Xavier Clarke (VFL midfield and development coach) will all continue their same roles in 2019.
