A brilliant team goal, finished off by Brandon Ellis, has been voted the third best goal of the 2015 season by Richmond fans.
The Round 21 game against Collingwood was in the Tigers’ keeping deep into the final quarter, when there was a stoppage
Richmond won the clearance, and moved the ball forward through handballs by Ivan Maric, Brett Deledio, Dustin Martin, Bachar Houli, and Ty Vickery.
Vickery’s looping pass was pinpoint to Sam Lloyd, who sensed he was about to be tackled and cleverly tapped the ball down to the waiting Ellis, who ran into an open goal.
The number two goal of the year, as voted by Richmond fans, will be revealed tomorrow, Sunday October 4.
