Richmond has made two changes for Friday night’s match against Sydney at the MCG.

Conca, 21, has averaged 20 disposals per match in his 10 games this season.  He is ranked sixth overall at the Club for total disposals.

Thomas, 27, has averaged 22.4 disposals per games (9.6 contested possessions) in eight appearances with Richmond, after joining the Club late last year from Port Adelaide.

Out of the Tigers’ side that lost to Fremantle by 20 points at the MCG last Saturday are valued veteran Chris Newman and promising first-year player Ben Lennon.

Newman has been sidelined with a groin injury, while Lennon has been omitted.

Richmond’s three emergencies for Friday night’s game are Brad Helbig, Nathan Gordon and Brett O’Hanlon.
