Richmond ruckman Ivan Maric will miss this Saturday’s match against North Melbourne with a minor groin strain.

Maric missed last weekend’s win against St Kilda, and will sit out another week as he bids to return to full fitness.

The 27-year-old has played 11 of a possible 13 games so far this season.  He was ably replaced last week by Orren Stephenson, who had 30 hitouts and 12 disposals against the Saints.

Meanwhile, the Tigers’ first pick in last year’s draft, Nick Vlastuin, will continue to be monitored throughout the week as he recovers from a bruised shin, suffered in Round 13 against the Western Bulldogs.

In positive news for Richmond, midfielder Shane Tuck made an impressive return from a shoulder injury in the VFL last weekend, amassing 31 disposals.
