Hard-running Richmond midfielder Shaun Grigg maintained his impressive level of consistency in last Saturday’s Round 21 clash with Fremantle at Patersons Stadium.

For the 12th time this season, Grigg racked up 25 disposals or more in a match, finishing with 16 kicks, nine handballs and six marks, to again figure in the Tigers’ best-player list.
Not once in season 2012 has the 24-year-old dipped under 20 disposals in a game.

With just two home-and-away rounds to go, Grigg is averaging 26 disposals per game.  He is ranked equal first in the competition for uncontested possessions (alongside West Coast’s Andrew Gaff), with 380, fifth for effective disposals, and 12th for total disposals.

Father's Day is just around the corner, and you'll find the perfect gift at the Tigerland Superstore.

He has also proved clinical in front of goals, booting 16, including a season-high of three against the Sydney Swans in Round 7.

After finishing a creditable 10th in the Jack Dyer Medal in his 2011 debut season at Tigerland, following a four-season career at Carlton, Grigg is poised to finish significantly higher when the 2012 count is held on Wednesday, September 5.
